Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Customs and Duties Charges : Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside the US) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. These charges will be included at checkout except otherwise required by the importing countries (some countries require duties to be paid at the border)

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on your delivery location. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

When does my pre-order item ship?

Pre-order items ship dates are indicated in the product description. Most pre-orders require a 4 - 8 week period.

If you have pre-order and in-stock items in the your cart, your full order will be shipped out when your pre-order items are ready to ship.

To avoid any potential delays, complications and to receive your in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
